Are your products really handmade? Yes! Every item from TuSha Creations is 100% handmade by skilled artisans (Except the Corporate Gifts and Print-to-Make products). We never use factory lines or automated production. Each piece is crafted with care, intention, and love.
How long does shipping usually take? We offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces take 6–10 business days. We always keep you updated throughout the process.
How do I know your items are truly unique? We create limited-edition designs and custom options that are never mass-produced. No two pieces are ever exactly alike. What if I’m not happy with my product? We are sure that you like the creative piece. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We offer exchanges, store credit, or returns depending on the situation. We're committed to making things right!
How do I take care of my handmade products? Each handmade product comes with a simple care guide. Generally, avoid harsh cleaning agents and direct sunlight for extended periods. Gently clean with a soft cloth and store carefully when not in use.
What if I want place a bulk order? Of course you can! Bulk order is available for handmade candles - both scented and unscented, handmade jewelry, handmade accessories like hair clips, handmade 3d fridge magnets with customization and print-on-demand products.
